Earwig Appreciation Song

Earwigs are not shown a lot of love. 
As David Goulson says in his beautiful book The Garden Jungle, they are almost "universally loathed and even feared" and yet they are important predators of aphids and other veggie nibblers. This is a song of appreciation, for earwigs and the misunderstood & it asks why on a systemic level we tolerate bigger, nastier dangers than a gentle earwig. What are the true pests at the moment.
